Benefits of Massage

Deep Tissue
  • A type of massage that focuses on releasing specific muscle tension and knots.

  •  Deep Tissue typically uses more pressure, providing a deeper affect on muscles and fascia

  • Encourages more blood through tissues, transporting nutrients into muscles and waste products away from repaired tissue.

Myofascial Release
  • Fascia is connective tissue found throughout the body.  It holds structures together, and is an important component of the body's delivery and communication systems. MFR helps to release layers of fascia that become bound together; allowing for better movement of the body and it's physiological functions.

  • Helps to remove adhesions and constrictions in the fascia. Improving systemic and postural imbalances. Creating additional space, allowing muscles and structures to lengthen and exist more comfortably.

"Anyone wishing to study medicine must master the art of massage.”

― Hippocrates
